Commercial Property Valuations 

The introduction of mandatory regulations, governing valuations, by the RICS in the statements of Asset Valuation and Practice, has imposed fundamental changes to this important area of practice. These complex rules and their accompanying guidance notes are the most far-reaching ever imposed, and this calls for specialist knowledge in this area, and never more so than in the prevailing and uncertain market conditions that exist at present.

Over the years a comprehensive form of valuation report has been adopted and seeks to provide consistency of advice, in a format, which can be readily adapted to suit specific requirements of the client, and that is readily and easily understood.

The purpose of a valuation can be many and varied, ranging from valuations for acquisitions, disposal, investment and finance, to valuations for company accounts and take-overs.
